2. Prices of the Products

2.1. All prices on the site are shown in GB Pounds Sterlings and include VAT, insurance during freight, all taxes and duties.

2.2. We try to ensure all prices on the web site are accurate. Nevertheless, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have offered, we will contact you to resolve the situation.
2.3. If by mistake we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item in question. In case of an obvious error in pricing, we reserve the right to charge the correct selling price.

3. Our Right to Cancel

3.1. We reserve the right to cancel your order if:.

3.1.1.One or more of the Products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers or for any other reason; or

3.1.2. A Force Majeure Event occurs.

3.2. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will offer an alternative replacement Product or refund to you any amounts paid to us as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

3.3. We shall not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered and we shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims that you may incur.

4. Products Details

4.1.Images of goods on the site may not show the actual size of items. Some Products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other Products may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item, and your attention is drawn to the Product details and content where given.

All sizes and measurements on the site are approximate. They are provided for guidance purpose only.

4.2. In the unlikely event of change in the specification or quality of the goods ordered, we will offer you a substitute of the same or better quality for the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement, feel free to contact us to discuss a new one.

5. Order Acceptance and Payment

5.1. A binding contact is formed only when you receive a confirmation by us that your order has been accepted and we have your credit/debit card charged. For our Money Back Guarantee, please refer to the Money Back Policy section.

5.2. All goods must be paid in full before shipping. All transactions are carried out in GBP Sterlings only.

5.3. Payments can be made by credit/debit cards on-line or by phone. We accepts payments by the following credit and debit cards:

5.4. We reserve the right to refuse the supply of goods at its own discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem to be suspicious or where the details you provided do not match the security details held by the card issuer for that card.

5.5. We reserve the right to charge and fulfill partial orders per individual items in cases where the order consists of multiple items.

5.6. We may at its sole discretion cancel your order in which case we shall return any money received from you, within 30 days of receipt of such money to your nominated account and we shall be entitled to deduct an administration fee of £20

6. Special Orders

6.1. The status "special order" is applied to certain jewellery at our own discretion. Extreme ring sizes fall into this status. Please note that custom delivery times, money back conditions and additional charges may apply to any special order placed.

6.2. For rings of very small /large sizes you will be asked to pay an additional fee.

6.3. Please note that rings of non-stock sizes (outside L-P sizes) are considered "customized jewellery", they fall into the category "Special Orders" and they fall into these conditions:

6.3.1. They cannot be returned and refunded unless they are faulty or have been received damaged. For more information about return conditions of this jewellery, refer to our Money Back Policy.

6.3.2. If you want to see how the ring actually looks, we will send you a stock size of the ring ordered first. You could either keep it if fits, or return it and get the ring arranged in the required non-stock size.

6.3.3. If you are sure what your non-stock size is, and want to order it directly, please state this in the comments box upon placing your order, but keep in mind that it can not be returned unless it is faulty or has been received damaged.

7. Shipping & Delivery of Goods

7.1. The delivery to the UK is FREE for all orders. For all EU orders P&P of £8 is applicable and for all US orders P&P of £10 is applicable.

7.2. We ship all orders below £100 with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Orders above £100 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service which guarantees next day delivery along with the appropriate insurance cover of the goods ordered. All packages that are sent require a signature on delivery. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect it from a local post office.

7.3. Delivery time is within 3-7 working days. Please note that certain ring sizes may take longer to deliver. If an item is out of stock at the time of the order and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 14 working days, we will contact you to agree new delivery date or arrange a cancellation of the order.

You can track your items online by entering the Ref. No you have been issued upon ordering.

7.4. Please note that if the shipping address differs from the billing one, we may contact you to ask for further documentation and/or proof of ID and the order might take a little bit longer to deliver.

7.5. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in our Shipping and Delivery of Goods section. We make every effort to deliver the goods within the estimated timescale. However delays are occasionally inevitable.

7.6. Goods are subject to availability. If it happens we are unable to supply the goods in time, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

7.7. Please note that when a multiple order is placed, we will supply only the available items.

8. Money Back Policy

8.1. Damaged or Faulty Goods

The white-ice.co.uk high quality jewellery should meet or exceed your expectations. However, in the event that you are dissatisfied with your order, the Products delivered to you are incomplete or you have received incorrect Products, we shall have no liability to you unless you call the white-ice.co.uk customer service helpline at 0845 688 3376 to obtain an authorisation number and notify the white-ice.co.uk of the problem WITHIN 14 Days OF DELIVERY of the Products in question. We recommend the goods to be sent through special delivery along with the appropriate insurance cover.

The goods will be deemed returned when signed for by us. Returned goods will only be credited, repaired or replaced if the damage has occurred prior to delivery, or if it is clear that the problem is due to a manufacturing fault. We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements of goods damaged due to wear and tear or mistreated in any way. Refunds, repairs and/or replacements are made at our own discretion.

Shipping costs will not be refunded except in the case of faulty goods. All shipping costs for returned goods are to be at the customers own expense. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting.

Please note that any goods received, as gifts during promotions white-ice.co.uk the site is running must be sent back to us along with the goods that are being returned in case you are applying for a refund. If you do not send them back, we reserve the ring to charge you for them as well for UP&UP if applicable.

Refunds and replacements are arranged within 30 days of the date we receive the returned goods.

8.2. Cancellation

According to EU Distance Selling Directive part of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the consumer has the right to cancel any agreement within 14 days and get a full refund. The only exception is 'customized' goods. OK1 UK considers as 'customised' goods any special orders placed - extreme ring sizes, custom made jewellery, initial pendants and similar items. As such, orders of these products cannot be cancelled under the regulation.

If you wish to cancel an order with us, please Email us here with full details, including your order number contained in your Order Acknowledgement email and You'll receive an e-mail confirmation from us shortly afterwards.

If you'd like to return any goods purchased from OK1 UK , please use the Return System in order to require a return code and to receive instructions. When you receive your return code, this means that the return has been authorized. Please note that we accept only authorized returns and the good must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and original package within 14 days after the authorization, otherwise the return will not be accepted. Any postage and handling charges incurred in connection to returns that do not conform to our Terms and Conditions would be to account of sender.

Please note that due to health and safety reason all earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

OK1 UK cannot guarantee a refund for goods received outside the stated 14 days period. All Refunds are made at OK1 UK own discretion.

Returned goods, which have been correctly supplied will be subject to a handling charge depending on value of item(s) see prices below.

9. Payment Security
